Renowned sunroof expert Webasto will show two of its latest innovations for panoramic sunroofs. The first is a Plus X Award-winning design that features integrated ambient lighting and is already installed on the BMW 7 series. Individual designs, including logos, can be printed on the panel. These graphics then become visible when light shines through. Nevertheless, the transparency is always maintained. Further features include dynamic lighting effects and flexible light guides that are up to 4m long. These can be installed within the frame of the roof system and enable a variety of light signatures and intensities.
Another highlight of Webasto’s range is the Doodle Roof. This transparent roof element can be painted or written on with special UV-based paint sticks. The drawings are only visible under black light and can be easily removed. This way, a variety of designs can be realised, even by the customer. Permanent patterns, prints or logos are also possible.
