The combination of perfectly matched software and hardware can create a completely digital workflow and a high level of automation, thanks to automatic capture and computer-assisted picking and sorting. It is not just leather and textile that Zünd cutters can handle, either: using different tools, a wide range of other materials, from wood, to rubber, plastics and even aluminium, can be processed.

Efficiency is key, so the equipment scans the base material, automatically lays out the pieces on the material with an integrated nesting module and determines the ideal cut path, taking into account the material and tool used for optimal usage of the available material. To slash cutting times in half, there is now a D3 cutter model, which features dual beams with up to three tool modules on each beam.
