Brother will be promoting the latest additions to its BAS range of automated industrial sewing machinery. These machines allow flexible sewing operations, on both small (150x100mm) and large sewing areas (1200x700mm) and on a variety of fabrics, from lightweight cotton to special technical fabrics.
The new large-area BAS360/BAS365/BAS370/BAS375 models feature an innovative bridge-type sewing head that allows very stable sewing at high speeds, improving productivity. All BAS machines feature a user-friendly touchscreen control panel with integrated programming functions. Different peripheral devices and options can be added, such as a barcode reader system, layer sensors, bobbin rotation and empty thread detectors, as well as multiple devices for poka-yoke production systems.
Brother’s sewing machinery is suitable for airbag sewing (with automatic loading and unloading), seat covers, sound insulation material, special filters and covers, decorative stitching and safety belts.
