Better seat ventilation

With not only heating, but also ventilation and often massage functions incorporated in modern car seats, padding materials need far more sophistication than ever before. With its HACOflex Silver Line, Ziegler has developed a low-noise combination of non-woven polyester material (PES) and spacer fabrics with a high point elasticity.
The result is flexible and highly permeable to air, because unlike combinations of non-wovens and a foam layer, HACOflex Silver Line facilitates cross-ventilation. It is needle punched and can be sewn underneath fabric or perforated leather; a black locknit prevents the migration of fibres. HACOflex Silver Line is available in thicknesses of 6-10mm.
