The combination of perfectly matched software and hardware can create a completely digital workflow and a high level of automation, thanks to automatic capture and computer-assisted picking and sorting. Zünd cutters are not only able to handle just leather and textiles: a wide range of other materials, from wood to rubber, plastics and even aluminium can be processed using different tools. To slash cutting times in half, the D3 cutter features a dual-beam system with up to three tool modules on each beam.
Zünd software solutions automatically optimise cut paths and adjust depending on the material and tool being used. An integrated nesting module lays out pieces on the material automatically, to allow optimal yield.
