On Canatu’s stand will be a number of new applications showcasing the capabilities of the company’s ‘CNB’ films. These transparent, conductive and formable films make surfaces come to life by enabling touch functionalities on 3D structures and different materials, such as leather. They enable the backlighting of touch surfaces and offer seamless integration with other control interfaces, such as displays.
At the show Canatu will exhibit a number of smart 3D touch surfaces for car interiors, as well as a VR concept cockpit. Outside of the interior, heated versions of the company’s CNB films can also be used to ensure sensors for ADAS and autonomous vehicles work as they should, even in adverse weather conditions.
