Biodegradable foams integrate LED and display technologies

At Automotive Interiors Expo, Taracell will present its latest developments with exclusive trimmed foam parts. The company will present the first door panel made of 100% biodegradable materials without fossil parts. Each component of the sandwich structure decomposes independently.
Furthermore, Taracell will introduce a door panel made of 100% reusable and recyclable particle foam, on which degradable organic textile has been applied without glue. The great advantage of this solution is that the materials can be separated easily and extend the product lifecycle. The particle foam has been brought to its limit: the integration of air duct, cable clip, sound grid, LED and display ensures the added value of particle foam.
