For over 70 years, ORV Manufacturing, part of IMP Group, has been a specialized company in the field of technical non-wovens. For the automotive industry, the company produces a wide range of products for applications in interior components, batteries boxes, luggage and engine compartments, providing high-quality materials and customized solutions.
As a result of demand for increased comfort and lightweight solutions, in particular for the rapidly developing electric vehicle market, ORV Manufacturing has launched a new line of products, VALTHERM Acoustic Performance, developed for excellent sound absorption, especially at low frequencies, with good compression and recovery, as well as the advantage of good thermal insulation.
Combining light weight with high performance, ORV Manufacturing’s non-wovens contribute to a reduction in the total weight of the vehicle, and consequently lower fuel consumption and fewer CO2 emissions.
With a focus on environmental sustainability, the company provides GRS and ISO 14021-certified products, thanks to the recycled polyester fibers obtained from post-use PET bottles.
